I ADORE music! If I'm not listening to it, I'm writing it, playing it, or learning more about it.
I'm engrossed in a variety of genres, but mostly Alternative/Metal types...
Bands include: Evanescence, Dead by April, Bullet for my Valentine, Red, Decyfer Down, Disciple, Skillet, Kutless, Fair to Midland, Ra, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Staind, Crossfade, Cold, All That Remains, Killswitch Engage, Disturbed, Metallica, Korn, Sevendust, Chevelle, Avenged Sevenfold, Scorpions, Nickleback, Demon Hunter, Amon Amarth, Etc, Etc...
I could really spend forever listing them all...
I also listen to musical numbers, choral, symphonic, industrial/techno, and what-you-call-it junk that's probably better left unstated. :P

I deviate toward romance, action/adventure, fantasy, suspense, comedy, medieval/history-based, musicals/theatre, animated films... Basically anything as long as it has a good plot or strong characters.

I don't watch TV much.
But I've been known to enjoy: Wolf Lake, Family Guy, House, Scrubs, Supernatural, Smallville, (Basically CWB), The Discovery Channel, The Science Channel, NatGeo, Animal Planet, and anything intellectual.
I also induldged in Y&R, The Mentalist, The Listener, Cupid, FMA, Claymore, and Avatar.
Yeah, hate me.
But, alas... TV is history to me.
Movies, books, and music are more my thing.
Libri

I prefer intricate novels. Usually, anything that sparks my imagination: romance, mystery, wildlife, fantasty; graphic novels.
Material such as: Lord of the Rings, Heartbreaker, White Fang, Julie of the Wolves, Moon Called, Island of the Blue Dolphins, My Side of the Mountain, Dance with the Devil, The Symphony of Ages, Blood and Chocolate, Crimson, Superman: Godfall, Immortal Rain (Meteor Methuselah), and Chobits.
