..L'Una e Cinque - A Capella Vocal quintet.. .. .. The group project started in 1995 for initiative of Marco Andrioletti, current Bariton and producer. Starting from Jazz, the repertoire has developed in more areas: Italian Traditional, Classical '500. .. .. -In 1997 they are the 1st classified to the TIM (International Contest of Music) for the Jazz category and the 3rd classified among all the categories (over 3000 participants all over the world divided in 13 music/instrument categories). .. .. They participate in shows on local and national TV radio -stations: Rai Uno – Rai Tre , Radio Uno, Radio 3. In the '97 is realized their first CD and their songs are also placed in various CD compilations. .. .. From '98 "L'Una e Cinque" is a part of many musical calendars and events in all the main Italian cities. They have also been invited for concerts in France (Saint Martin de Crau, Berre the Etang, Saint Remy de Provence) and in Germany (Dortmund, Bonn). .. .. -In April '99 the group wins the 1st prize in the 6th Contest of Musical Execution "Lario Prize in Music" (Italy).. -In February 2000 it achieves the "Diploma of Honour" to the International Tournament of the Music for the "Pop category" performing a song composed by the group. .. -In March 2000: 1st classified to the Contest "The New Frontiers of the Vocal Polyphony" in Varese (Italy)... -In 2007 they have received the Italian prize "VOCEANIA 2007". .. .. For theatre, they have collaborated with the "Teatro S. Filippo's Associated Artists Group" taking part to different shows and as a reference team of vocalists they have participated to the local musical opera "Instants", produced in Turin. .. .. In 2006 they delivered the album "The Renaissance Project" in Japan (Dreamlife) In 2010 a new edition of the same album has been delivered for italian distribution (Preludio) .. .. .."The Renaissance Project" album:.. is a musical output that can satisfy both the expectations of a refined audience (by offering an "unusual" interpretation in classical music) and the need to reach a wider audience without a specific background in classical music (using common not-classically-educated voices, modern mood in singing and arrangements). Some of the special features of the CD are : .. .. - songs coming from the musical tradition of 5 different Countries : Italy, France, Germany, England, Spain; .. .. - "Il Testamento del Capitano" (The Captain's Last Will) is a well-known Italian popular song, whose musical origins date back to the Renaissance period. .. .. - the last song is a different version of the opening one, "La Sirena", (The Siren) wittily sung, preserving the original harmony but in a "swing" mood. .. .. ........
