Luna Versus You was born after I was asked to do a new song for the second Pelton cartoon created by the incredibly talented Brad McGinty. I had done a song for the first one, and it was ridiculous. So ridiculous, as it was meant to be, that I was okay with not being credited. This time around however, was different. It was freeing. I had to create a specific feel and did so under my own guidelines of not censoring myself and not dragging the process out beyond one day, two at the most. It was an odd and refreshing feeling creating something and then not beating it to death by dwelling on it's imperfections. The outcome was a song titled Only You. This made me so happy that I did it again a few days later and ended up with the song Lights out, Lovers.
There are now a total of eight tracks and the artwork is taking shape as you read this. Look for an official release later this summer or early autumn.
