I have had nearly thirty years of studio session playing and production experience. I play four, and five-string electric fretted, fretless, and acoustic fretless basses. Mac-based Pro Tools, Cubase SX, Logic Studio, various plugin's and virtual instruments by Spectrasonics, Toontracks, Digidesign, Waves, East/West, Synthology, Antares, and others. .. My main rack consists of a Wunder Audio PEQ-1 Mic Pre (Neve 1073, basically), an 80's re-issued Teletronics LA-2A tube limiter (it's simple but hey...for pure bass tone, less IS more), as well as various stomp boxes for overdrive, chorus, etc., including the amazing EBS Mutli-comp compressor, the Line 6 Bass Floor Pod, and a Line 6 LowDown cube modeling amplifier. ..
