Lu Schievano has been a MODEL since the age of 16, starring both in NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGNS – Europe, Japan and Argentina.
Her passion for music soon made her step the stages of many night clubs in Sao Paulo like Gitana, Donna, Merlin where she sang in the band Kabupi (later Os Irmaos Kalil),
She also sang in the Branco de Liz project from Roney Giah.
she started her own band, KIN 187, to play her own songs on the Sao Paulo night club music circuit with a four-month season at Na Mata Café with the show "ALIMENTO DE ALMA(FOOD FOR SOUL)".
KIN 187 also played in MUSIKAOS, a former music show on TV Cultura.
she produced and recorded a demo cd, "COM PALAVRAS" , one of the songs from her album which ended up in the sound track of “METHAMORPHOSES” a soap opera on Record television produced by Casa Blanca. She also participated in the same soap opera as the model in the opening and closing credits.

Besides composing and singing, Lu plays the guitar (both electric and acoustic) and the drums….
Her career as TV presenter and actress is extensive…
she participated in the actors studio on Globo television when she had a part in the soap opera "O DIREITO DE NASCER", produced by JPO and directed by Roberto Talma.
she was the hostess in the kids programa “VILA ESPERANÇA” on Record television and also in the Recorda Show,
she presented the first season of SUPER SURF, Brazilian pro surf circuit, produced by Traffic, Prodigo Filmes and Editora Abril.
she was invited to present the science television show "VER CIENCIA" on Cultura television where she would interview scientists and technology researchers. Still on Tv Cultura she worked with journalistic milestones such as Marcelo Tass, Hebert Henning, Wandi Doratiotto and Cunha Jr. hosting the TV’s special show “O Dia Internacional da Crianca na TV”( Children’s International Day on TV), a project for digital inclusion.
she presented ”SKATE SHOW” on Bandeirantes Network and cable channel BANDSPORTS. Produced by Sindicato Paralelo, this was a series of programs covering skate championships, graffiti painters producing their art during the show, street culture, bands playing live music, interviews and curiosities about radical sports.
she was hostess in the first season of the worldwide Discovery and People and Arts channels WHILE YOU WERE OUT in Brazil The Brazilian first episode had the participation of (the brazilian internationally-know) actress Lucelia Santos.
Seu amor pela música logo a fez subir nos palcos de várias casas noturnas da noite paulistana – Gitana, Donna, Merlin - como cantora da banda Kabupi (que depois se tornaria Os Irmãos Kalil). Cantando tambem no projeto Branco de Liz de Roney Giah.
Formou sua banda, a KIN 187, para tocar suas próprias composições no circuito paulistano e fez uma temporada no Na Mata Café, com o show "ALIMENTO DE ALMA".
A banda KIN 187 também participou do extinto MUSIKAOS, da TV Cultura.
Produziu e gravou um demo, produziu a musica "COM PALAVRAS", que acabou sendo parte da trilha sonora da novela “METHAMORPHOSES” na rede Record, produzida pela Casa Blanca, e também veio a ser a modelo da abertura da novela. Acredite se quiser !!!!

Participou da Oficina de Atores da Globo, gravando uma participação na novela "O DIREITO DE NASCER" produzida pela JPO, com direção de Roberto Talma.
Apresentou o programa infantil “VILA ESPERANCA” na rede Record de televisão e o especial de final de ano da Record, Recorda Show, no mesmo ano.
Apresentou a primeira fase do SUPER SURF, circuito brasileiro de surf, produzido pela Traffic, Pródigo Filmes e Editora Abril.
Foi convidada para apresentar o programa científico "VER CIENCIA" da TV Cultura, entrevistando cientistas e pesquisadores de tecnologia e pesquisa de ponta. Ainda na TV Cultura, apresentou em 2003, ao lado de Marcelo Tass, Hebert Henning, Wandi Doratiotto e Cunha Jr., o especial de TV "O Dia Internacional da Criança na TV", um projeto de inclusão digital.
Pela Rede Bandeirantes e canal a cabo BANDSPORTS, apresentou o ”SKATE SHOW” série de programas com campeonatos de skate, grafiteiros pintando durante o programa, cultura de rua, bandas ao vivo, entrevistas e curiosidades sobre o esporte, produzido pela produtora Sindicato Paralelo.
Foi apresentadora da primeira série brasileira do programa "ENQUANTO VOCÊ NÃO VEM" , com a participação da atriz Lucélia Santos, produzido mundialmente pelos canais Discovery Channel e People and Arts.
