Sorry for the mass e-mail but I'm making some serious changes in my life and am asking you all, my friends to help me out. I've started a blog with the aspiration to monitor my progress and also get feedback from you be it negative or positive. Over the last few years I've kept myself pretty much to myself and have put on a hell of a lot of weight, as well as meandering through life with out any really purpose and have sunk into a real depression. I'm hoping the challenges I am setting myself will provide me with direction and will hopefully enable me to discover what I want from life over the next few years.
Writing this feels like a confession and it probably is, which is why I'm asking you for support. Its going to be hard for me but it is something I really wish to and need to do for my health if not anything else.
