ME????? older than you???? I will never say!!! I have an appointment on the 16th of September. It was the quickest that they could give me. I want to have them remove it so I can start running again, and not sit on my fat ass anymore.

OMG I had a flash back moment last night standing in the movie rental place. Saw Day of the dead movie on the shelf....do you remember going to see Dawn of the Dead???????
That is really scary if you still wear these types of clothes. I am in pain because I either have cartilage behind my knee that keeps hitting my knee cap or I have torn a ligament in my knee. I am wearing a brace and taking advil. I am going to physical therapy in about a week.
