| General | My main interest is my car - yea I know a typical guy thing. I've fully restored my '87 Toyota MR2 and I also own a '93 4Runner.
My other hobby which I love is dancing. I've done many years of Ballroom and Latin dancing socially and competitively before I switched to Swing dancing. I also taught beginner level Swing (Jive) at UVic for over 2 years. I just started learning Bachata and more Salsa with my new dance partner. I also love the outdoors or basically getting outside. Camping, hiking, canoing/kayaking, exploring places I've never been. I enjoy movies and watching TV, but not 100% of the time. | | Music | Grew up listening to Mo-Town and Oldies. I Like Top40, Rock (hard to soft), R&B, Techno/Dance/Club music and anything Alternative: GreenDay, Snow Patrol, Priestess, Keiser Chiefs, ColdPlay, Vertical Horizon, The Verve, Stabilo, The New Pornographers, Death Cab For Cutie, The Killers, Sloan, Sun41, Angels & Airwaves, The Neverending White Lights.... The list goes on. I like lots of other music too but no Hard Core Rap and some Country. | | Movies | The Matrix, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, Swingers, Indianna Jones (all 3), James Bond - Goldeneye, Swing Kids, Goonies, The Mask, Back To The Future (1 and 3), and lots more... | | Television | Family Guy, Futurama, Simpsons. Overhaulin', OCC, Myth Busters. That's about all I'll watch. I don't tend to watch much TV anyways. | | Heroes | My heroes are my friends and family. The ones who keep me grounded and who are always there for me. The ones who care and don't create drama. Without them I would be alone and miserable. Sometimes it's not easy being a good friend, but they're there in support and companionship. They are the most valuable people to me and that's why they're my heroes. |

About me:
I'm a not-so-average 27 year old type of guy who likes hanging out with friends and family. Although I'm usually fairly introverted, I do like to get out and have lots of fun. I'm a true and genuine person who likes to see the real side of people and show that of myself. I'm actually quite shy and always put others before myself. I take great pride in my friends even though my humour seems to poke fun at them all the time, I tend to mock myself just as bad as well :P I'm not the typical asshole type guy as I've been labeled the "nice guy" in the past. I'm not religious but I have good strong morals and don't need to be told what to believe.
