You even break up with such style, delivering us a new scrummy album. My warmest heartfelt thanks for all the great music and great gigs. Whatever you all do next, I shall be there. Oh for an engine to take us back to those Fan Club nights!
Sorry to see it's all over, but good luck with whatever you all do next. I just can't believe I'll never get to see you live. It's like Dogs Die In Hot Cars all over again...D'oh!
I have thought this day was coming for a long time; yet I must confess I am awfully and incomparably saddened by it. No last hurrah, no final curtain. No more dancing like a lunatic to LVGB (publicly at least, I was can-canning to it quite recently in the back-garden).
Thanks for all the great memories Luxemboys. Your brilliance both musically and personally kick-started a chain of events which changed everythnig. Without you my life would not be half as good as it is. Seriously, you gave me the guts to get off my arse and move to London. You introduced me to Villette and therefore to Gaz. In fact that makes you indirectly responsible for my pending marriage. You Cocks!
Yesterday I was so happy about the new songs, and now this... this makes me sooooo saaaad. Although I was almost fearing sth. like this as the forum was down for ages and no word/note from you... :o((
It won't be the same without you anymore. You were/are very special. Thank you for the awesome songs throughout the years. You rocked. Such a shame I could never see you live. I'll miss you. xxxooo
Shocked and saddened to hear the news - you were a very special band to a lot of people. By coincidence, I'd just finished making up a compilation of 'Non-Front' tracks for friends - and was listening back to it the other day... it is brilliant. You'll be missed, that's for sure. Best of luck to you all for your future projects. Kevo x
PS How about a one-off farewell gig? I demand to hear Close Cropped and Luxembourg v GB ONE more time, at least! Seriously, it would be great.
hey guys, just thought id swing by and say hi and keep up the good work. still listen to Front pretty damned regularly. Be proud of it, and keep it coming lads.
