It really makes me question myself as to why I do this, and especially for free! And especially when I was laying in the back of an ambulance on my way to the hospital a few weeks ago! So I have been trying to lose the stress and get back to some of the simple and fun things in life.
Today I sat on a bench with a bag of peanuts and feed squirrels. After that I stopped at a dealer, looked at a new Corvette, and then took one on the lot for a test drive. I won’t buy it, but they didn’t know that, and it was pretty damn sweet. Then I went for a walk and I heard the ice cream truck coming. So I flagged him down. Man I forgot how cool the ice cream truck is, hell I may buy one! Ha ha ha…
I guess the point to this story is, don’t let work and stress control your life. It will kill you! And when it does, the world will go on without you. You may be missed and even remembered, but life will go on without you. So try and relax more, and go have some fun. The next time you hear an ice cream truck grab some money and chase it down. My money says you will smile and enjoy your treat!
