I wouldn't like to guess but feel free to tell me!
I took to writing songs as soon as I began to play the guitar and in 2004 I started performing at open mics and playing gigs whilst reading biology at Warwick University. I then moved to London and in 2005 became a more frequent performer after attending an Arvon Foundation songwriting course in Yorkshire taught by Heidi Berry and Astrid Williamson. Back in London I made an acoustic demo of songs with producer David Peters and started meeting monthly with the London Song Circle. It was at the Stage Door in Waterloo that I met producer Jean Guy Sylvestre and we began to record a selection of songs with full arrangements. In 2006 I returned to Yorkshire for another Arvon Foundation course with Ray Davies. Inspired by all the people I met I came back to London renewed and ready to begin recording an album with Jean Guy producing and arranging. Now studying medicine at UCL I continue to play around London and the album is an ongoing work in progress.

Tommy played guitar with Buddy Holly, and is THE guy that flipped the coin with Ritchie Valens.....would love to see you at a show? I figured with you being a musician you could appreciate this show. We play the Half Moon Putney. I hope you can come down?

<foot in mouth> That last comment probably doesn't make much sense given that we didn't play together last night ;) We did play with a girl who looked pretty similar in MySpace-land, those pics aren't very big you know. Error, but hopefully we will see you around again soon. </foot in mouth>
You should definitely check out Dave's Tuesday night at Tommy's - it was real real good stuff. The venue works really well with a bar up stairs, food and a nicely lit stage et al.
We had such a good time lastnight - your set really took us aback, captivating stuff.
We were all in agreement that we'd love to play an more bills with you lot if possible. We're back in the UK at the start of October so lets see what happens.
