LIO is a music artist who skillfully blends various types of genres in his live performances as well as his studio recordings.
Having sung and played in several alternative rock bands in Mexico he decided to embark on a new solo project that has led him to explore new possibilities for his art.
His first release, TAURO EP (2007) was recorded in NYC by producing duo GLACIERZ.
Currently his second professional release, CRYSTAL EP is due early next year. Performed and produced by LIO, co-produced and engineered by Parlange in Vancouver, BC. It is now the artist's first conceptual album in which the songs and the "sound" of the EP are greatly inspired by crystal birth and growth, otherwise known as crystallization.
