Previously known as Appalling Spawn, and released one full-length CD in 1997 under that name. The band became known as Lykathea Aflame once Tomás from Garbage Disposal joined.
The band has now changed their name to Lykathé, and has gotten a new logo and a new lineup. An album under this name is currently being recorded.

Salem has confirmed their appearance at the Hellfest to promote the release of their new album "Necessary Evil" (final release date TBA shortly). Hellfest is set to take place June 22-24 in Clisson, France. More details will be posted soon.
