Ah! I was out in San Diego last year for 5 months and it reminded me of the fishing pier out there. I use to walk out there from my apt. I miss the west coast waves! I am over here by the Gulf of Mexico,boring! Hehe. So is this REALLY you? or is this a fan of you?

Hey!

I made your chocolate avocado shake the other day after seeing the recipe on your show. I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive (I love chocolate and avocados separately, but together...I wasn't so sure). Anywho, it was fabulous, instantly a new favorite! I've turned my big sis on to them as well.

Hello Nathan, I love your show. Great recipes and helpful instruction.I have one favor to ask you. Please speak with your director about photographing the show differently. There is too much unnecessary camera movement, pans,and zooms along quick edits. You can't help but notice this unfortunate trend in many cooking shows today. It really distracts from the love of cooking and beautiful presentation of the food. I thank you for your time and hope that I have not offended you, I am just trying to remain a faithful viewer. Thank you agin.
