About me:

THE POETRY OF THE DEAD LABEL ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING BANDS. PLEASE CHECK IT OUT HERE!

You will receive all information about the compilation CDs, other promotional projects and free giveaways on a regular basis.

Important note for bands:

- I'm open for all kind of ideas concerning promotion. Feel free to contact me with what you have in mind.
- I do not book shows for bands. I sometimes invite bands to fill up a spot at a local gig night. So please do not ask me to organize gigs or tours for your band.
- Please do not simply invite me to check out songs on your band profile or website. I do not have enough time to properly check out every band. If you're interested in a review, spot on one of the compilations or other promotion leave a message or mail with specific info and I'll provide you an address where to send your promo packages to, together with more information.

What comes with featuring on one of the compilations:

- Worldwide distribution through the bands, zines, labels, Belgian Metal fans and internet sales. Each band will be given the oppurtunity (no obligation) to order extra copies. The entrance fee includes the spread of 100 copies at a large Belgian Metal gig, two free copies for the bands, and 50 copies to zines, labels and internet sale.
- The possibility to sell or hand out your ordered copies.
- MySpace exposure by placing your biography and banner on the Poetry of the Dead profile, and soon website.
- Promotional pictures for on your site, of handing out the compilation CDs at the gig.
- The address list of the labels/zines the compilation will go to, to network from.
- Featuring on a professionally looking release. All CDs and covers will be professionally printed and individually shrink-wrapped.
- Professional self-designed artwork in the form of a front cover, back cover and press kit flyers with band information.
- Your contact information on the flipside of the front cover.
- Free buttons with each copy.

What you have to do:

1. Contact me to pay for a slot or choose a slot below to immediately pay and reserve a 5 minutes slot.
2. You will receive a mail with the contract (copyright protection), some information on how to order additional copies and the address where you can send your promo package to (demo/CD, band biography, logo and pictures).
3. Read the weekly updates concerning the compilation CD.

Wrath Of The Raven’s Dance	Jul 8 2009 7:25 AM Hi! Put together the first music video for one of the songs, that being for the song "Eel Marsh House", which is based on the movie "The Woman In Black". Wasn't sure to name it that instead of 'Eel Marsh..." ...Eel Marsh House being where the woman in black 'lived', and now haunts it. Though, she seems to haunt the general area of the village as well as the House. If anyone catches her gaze, looks into her eyes....a child will die, usually from the family of the person unfortunate to look at her.
