He fell into world of music in 2001, his preffered style was melodic trance, though he enrichened his selection with various styles through the years. In 2005 Lyteo starts to play a blend of trance & techno, year after that he decides to go all digital with incorporating Ableton Live into his sets. Live’s ability of rearranging, cutting vocals and creating loops on the fly truly impresess Lyteo.

Armed with Ableton and techtrance, Lyteo found his way to Electronic Music Performance Competition 2007, a yearly event located at the Slovenian seaside. And as judges decided, Lyteo became the winner of EMPC.

But Lyteo never stops at making his listeners surprised by his ideas. In year 2008 his liveset recording from traditional Maribor Therapia event became one of the winning sets of Transatlantic DJ contest. Set was presented by DJ Preach in his Transatlantic Radio Show which has over 1.000.000 listeners from all around the world.

In year 2009, many of world-known deejays decide to play Lyteo’s ideas in their sets. So his mashups can be found on playlists and in promo mixes of artists like Greg Downey, Bryan Kearney, Reaky, Fei Fei, etc, his fan list is being updated with people from all around the world. Lyteo still insists, that it is the drive and energy of the music which should make people go crazy. In future, he is also looking forward to produce his own records.

In the year 2010, after half year of hard work on the eastern side of mediterranean sea, Lyteo returned back to home country, all ready to destroy some dancefloor with driving beats and energic sounds. Be prepared!
