Company technique classes are on Sunday afternoons. Please contact the directors at Info@MuscleMemoryDanceTheatre.org if you would like to take technique classes with the company. Summer Company Classes are open to the public for a nominal $5 charge. Classes are 12:30-2:00 on the following dates: June 1, June 8, June 22, June 29, July 6, July 20, July 27.

Heroes
Established in 2005 as a project-directed organization by Co-Artistic Directors Lesley Snelson-Figueroa and Amy L. Ross who, after earning MFA degrees in dance from Texas Woman's University, seized the opportunity to utilize the immense talent of other dance artists emerging from surrounding Dallas and Fort Worth universities. M2DT seeks to provide local performance and choreographic opportunities for these dance artists.

Muscle Memory Dance Theatre supports emerging choreographic artists by organizing public performances of their works.
Muscle Memory Dance Theatre is a collaborative company that honors and encourages dance professionals from around North Texas in their evocative use of dance as an organic, communicative art.
Lesley Snelson-Figueroa is a Co-Artistic Director of M2DT and is a Professor of Dance at Collin County Community College. Before arriving at Collin, Lesley served as adjunct dance faculty for Texas Woman's University, Tarrant County College, and University of North Texas and was faculty & choreographer for Denton Dance Conservatory. Her love for movement and fitness lead her to become a Certified Pilates Trainer through Colleen Glenn's Peak Pilates System and New York City's, Power Pilates System. Mrs. Figueroa completed her MFA studies in choreography and dance performance at Texas Woman's University, her undergraduate studies in Business Economics and Dance at Mills College in Oakland, CA, and is a graduate of the Dallas Arts Magnet High School.
