Hey Matt,
I hear you guys have some sickness from a mold problem in your apartment complex. I highly recommend running an air purifier from www.EcoQuest.com It completly killed the mold and keeps out the musty smell in our basement where we sleep. The baby is also down there and I'm convinced we're healthier when running the machine. Take care guys.
