DECAY is MAB first Album (recorded and produced in London together with GUILLERMO "WILL" MAYA, their long time friend and producer) and is the result of years of passion and sacrifices. It contains a blend of distorted, disturbed atmospheres together with an enchanting echoes of HOPE... digging out from catacomb. It is a MUST HAVE for whoever is passionate about Dark Music, especially if has experienced deep emotional pain and extreme pleasure from Life beauties hidden in light and darkness. MAB is the NEW DARK.

DECAY is distributed in Italy by Universal Music but is looking for distribution deals in Europe, USA, JAPAN, CHINA, RUSSIA and WHEREVER!!!

ROCK ON MABSTERS!!

Mab was born in Sardinia (Italy) on a very stormy winter night from PSYCHO JEREMY , bass and vocals, and JECKY , drums. It was a childhood dream that became a “vote” for life.

MAB is a GIRL BAND and even though there have been changes whiting the line up, It has never lost this distinctive feature. They worked very hard in these years and so managed to achieve remarkable goals. It started from the very first big step: moving to London, U.K. which has remained their base ever since.

In London they played all the small venues for a start but soon enough they hit big stages such as Mean Fiddler, Koko, The Marquee, The Borderline, Islington Academy and finally the first very big support: they opened for HIM at The HAMMERSMITH APOLLO in 2004. Immediately after they hit the road on their first UK tour with BREED 77. All this without having a record deal or an Album recorded yet!!!

Next BIG step takes them back to Italy to work with the famous Italian producer M.Antonietta SISINI for the Album “UNUSUAL”, a Tribute to GIUNI RUSSO (Rematkable Italian Singer and Artist, sublime voice and talent that enriches the Italian and the whole world music heritage). Where they re-arranged and performed one of her big hits from the 80s : “ADRENALINA”.

Thanks to M.Antonietta Sisini help and friendship they could move to the next BIG step making a real break through which sees them collaborating with another Italian Icon of the experimental music such as FRANCO BATTIATO. They took part to his Album “IL VUOTO” singing 3 songs recorded at the Olympic Studios in London: “Il Vuoto”, “The Game is Over” and a song for his movie "NIENTE E' COME SEMBRA" (2007) which also sees MAB taking part as actresses.

After this MAB had a huge exposure in Italy; they in fact took part as guests together with F.Battiato to the greatest Italian Music event broadcasted worldwide called “SANREMO”, many other TV performances and finally a 2 months long Summer Tour in Italy followed by a Winter Tour in the most beautiful theatres in Italy and Spain.

MAB performed also at the HEINEKEN JAMMING FESTIVAL last year and invited by KASBA COMUNICATION played a very special gig in honour of film Icon DAVID LYNCH after his conference about Transcendental Meditation that took place in Palermo in 2007.
