２００６年Vo,Gの太田を中心に東京にて結成。
幾度かのメンバーチェンジを繰り返し、ＢＡＳＳドクター広松、ＤＲＵＭＳ鈴木”食いしん坊”直哉の３ピースで活動中。
３人とも60年代からのソウル、ファンク、ブルース及び日本の歌謡曲等に造詣があり、
全編日本語詩にて甘く切ないソウル調ロックを繰り広げる。
