Influences
Considering that it is impossible to aware of every single thing you are perceiving at any given moment - it's probably time for me to update this a bit...
In terms of music: From Floyd to Cohen, Chains to Nirvana, Lennon to Knopfler, Manson to Metallica, Nails to Tool, Simon to Garfunkel, Byrne, Miller, Dead, et cetera. Plus the musicians I get to jam with weekly, truly inspirational.
As for visual stimulation: the amazing sights of the world (both beautiful and horrible) impress me all the time. Everything vibrates together into something I cannot describe, and don't care to. I have known many artists in my life, from friends and family to random acquaintances. Joel Peter Witkin blew my mind (after he cut in half) and sometimes I swear I hear through Van Gogh's ear...but that is getting WAY too specific.

Hello - I work at 91.7 KAXE as a program host and online producer. I love music - listening, creating and enjoying :) I host Centerstage MN Thursday nights at 6, where we feature the talents of MN musicians. Check it out at www.KAXE.org (then click on Centerstage MN on the left).
The Binary Boys
I'd like to introduce you to The Binary Boys. Maybe you have already met, maybe you haven't - but I hope you can check it out and enjoy! This is a project my brother and I have been doing for over 2 years now for 91.7 KAXE.
Also, any feedback is appreciated! Let me know what you think, and if you can figure out which on is me - 100101 or 101011...?
Welcome to Macedelic Studios.
Where I blog about music n' stuff :D
Audio Highlights:
In the audio highlights you may hear a recent episode of The Binary Boys, or a highlight from a recent interview I did on Centerstage MN for 91.5 7 KAXE. Both are a lot of fun, and you can follow along here - read the blogs people! There is info and links about the all the bands on Centerstage MN at KAXE.org and click on Centerstage MN on the left. Current highlights feature Sam Miltich and the Clearwater Hot Club, Marc Gartman of the Marc Gartband, and a highlight from my conversation w/ Chris O'Brien of Enchanted Ape.
