Update currently in 2009. Machina is taking a short break from shows to work on new material, recording, promotions, and traveling promotions to prepare themselves for tour this summer and after. The new material is coming along well, and whole new set and look is coming your way for 2009. This includes machina traveling to all of the California, New York, and the Florida hotspots to help spread the word. More locations are being gathered as we speak.

Machina came into existence at a house party in 2005 beginning a dramatic influence that started it all. Hitting the local music scene hard, they played at every venue possible to spread their original sound and intense live performance. They built a name and reputation for themselves that has stood strong till this day. Through tough times of band members quitting and being replaced, finally in the year of 2007 Machina has become a solid unit. In only half a year Machina has accomplished more goals in their short career which is truly a rarity. They have been voted one of the top ten bands in Houston quickly rising to the top sharing the stage with national bands such as American Head Charge, God Head, Ankla, and Powerman 5000. In addition, Machina has also been played live on the air waves as featured artist in there hometown as well as all over the country. Coming from well rounded centered families with hardworking ethics, and soulful values, putting integrity, humility, and passion into all of their work no matter the feat. Their mission is to hit cities, states, and countries one at a time by the individual on a personal level. Spreading the roots one venue at a time heavily promoting a sound and philosophy that is truly unique to their sound and individuality. That is all for now as they roll through the times.
