Great show last night at GULU-GULU! You guys rock. The subtleties of the guitar work Harp and Theremin on top of the solid beats and singing proved to be really amazing. The room filled with the positive ions and electrons given off by your hot electrically charged songs. I think at times John Lennon was being channeled by Adrian Belew at some kind of crazy Ed Wood after party séance-definitely some form of communication with the spirits was going on in Salem Friday night. Also the beautiful synthesis of the audio and visual components, the landscape became hypnotically energetic and ebbed and flowed in waves with the rise and fall of the music. The images were completely absorbing, a really nice mix of live feeds with visuals that complemented songs and at the same time took on a whole new life outside of the songs. Fascinating fun at its best can’t wait to see you again. At your next gig at Bangkok Paradise. Who knows what semi-conducting and conjuring will take place…oh yeah also good for dancing!
