The concept is simple at Manayunk’s Machismo: It’s a “build your own” burrito bar that’s both sit-down and takeout-friendly. All the normal fillers are available, but the menu also boasts vegan sour cream, vegan cheese and Boca meats. For the burrito “control freak,” they offers some unusual choices — from spinach or jalapeño cheddar tortillas to saffron rice — among the more traditional burrito fillings.
