picked up guitar playing half way thru college and cycled through various discouraging problems, currently on my third kick. Self-taught. Lately I borrowed a bass guitar and am now using that on my recordings too. As well as a keyboard for some synth stuff here and there.
I use garage band for recording (Macintosh) and Digital Performer for the studio drumming sessions with Tom Stamper (durmmer) and Bob DiChihiro (producer).
Currently learning music theory slowly but surely :)
