Ignore the previous post., change of plan.
I promptly called him back thinking he wanted me to pick up more beer/tobbaki on the way to our rehearsal for tomorrows gig.
He didn't.
After the initial howdy ho's and such informalities he calmly went on to inform me
"Our gigs cancelled, mate"
"shit" quoth I.
He went to state that it has actually been resheduled for Saturday the 15th.
Once I'd fully digested this news it dawned on my slow and lumbering headbox that this is probably brilliant.
People should have alot more notice and be more able to attend on a sabbaths eve.
This has already proven true as my main partner in hectic noise malarkery, Dave (Hear me now!) Price will be in attendance. Sweetness is rife.
In honor of this momentus hapnstance I'm gonna do my best to churn out some heavier breaks if the other members will induldge. I know Sam and buuj have also been working out some spankly new choons for future use and they may be ready to be unleashed for our Semi-final.
Could be well worth a listen even if you made it last time.
I feel quite chirpy.
