Hey Mark! How's life going? Comedy still treating you good? I have a question, and you may or may not have the answer, but maybe you'll know someone who can help.
I'm wanting to embark on a tour this summer, acoustically along the east US. This will be my first tour, and I'm just looking for ways to "break it in." I bought a book about it and such, but it's more based on bands, and I'm going more acoustic, so there's a lot less emphasis on "ticket sales", for I'll be playing a lot of bars and restaurants (from what my research is showing me.) What would be a good plan of attack to get it going? I've been reading, that I want to be able to play everyday. I drew a map up and put down a path of cities I'd like to go through, and I got a few numbers and I'm going to start calling tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions?
