About me:

~Home ~B.O.O.M. ~

The crew of the Emerald Rose found Mad Morty alone on a tropical island years ago - singing along with invisible friends. Of his past or how he arrived on that island, he has no memory. He knew only part of his name, as it was sewn into his undies, 'Morty'.

The crew, for its part, could only determine three things from this man. There must have been a shipwreck given the pieces of hull that occassionally drifted ashore. He must be Scottish - given his thick drawl and his copious love of ale, wenches, haggis, and ale. And he must have been hit on the head by something very heavy, perhaps during the shipwreck.

At any rate, having a strong back, a keen wit, and fighting like a wounded tiger, he made a fine pirate.

Years have past, fiercely loyal to the Captain an crew that rescued him from the isle, he has known only the freedoms of piracy, and shown no desire entrap himself with the life of the land. However, the lingering mystery of who he was before still haunts him where'ere he goes.
