Mad Mosquitoes is a Vietnamese rock band formed in 2002. They initially played cover songs from Blink 182, The Calling, Nirvana... They played a few gigs in Ho Chi Minh city and were seen as a "rising band" of RFC in Vietnam. However, after a short period of successful shows with thier own songs, the band suffered some unfortunate changes and splitted up in summer 2003. As Loc, old guitarist, went set up his new band Ice Queen playing Gothic Metal, Tuan joined Microwave, a pretty popular Numetal band right now in Vietnam, as a bassist. But vocalist Vinh and drummer Tuan Anh (now a guitarist of the band) at the time kept following their favorite gerne which is Alternative rock. After years of struggling, these two guys finally put up a come back with a brand new line up in 2006.
The band wrote songs and did some recordings in summer of 2006. Unlike, the old songs like "Chien Tranh", "Em", "6 days a week", "Lac"... These new songs came out more Alternative Rock and more musically with catchy sing-along melody. Mad Mosquitoes were trying to be spontaneous as much as they could but still maintained the Alternative Rock tune in the music.
"Love" is a emtional ballad song and "Never come back" is a hate song with a feeling of hurt and ignoring.
