Mad Static Radio was owned and operated by a woman who 1. Stole a model's pictures and used them on her own personal profile 2. Made up elaborate stories to avoid meeting people in person 3. Launched covert smear campaigns against people and bands who didn't buy into her lies (with the help of Mike "H8-Piece") 4. Faked her own death once the truth was finally revealed.
And now you know.
APRIL, 2009 UPDATE
She now goes by the name Julia and claims to be the younger sister of the woman in question. Once again, no one has ever met this "Julia". Although Mike "H8-Piece" has gone out of his way to lend credibility to her existence, just as he has done with all of her previous identities.
