Bio
Maesa Rae grew up in Beachwood Canyon, LA, Ca, with the spirits of artists alive and passed all around her. She got her Bachelors of Arts at Hampshire College in Massachusetss where she studied Interdisciplinary Performance: Music/Theatre/Art. She is now writing songs, performing, collaborating, and recording an Ep in Los Angeles. INTERVIEW with SoundCheck http://soundcheck.blogs.masslive.com "Maesa Rae has one of those uncommonly good voices that you only stumble upon once in a great while. Throughout her young adult life, her voice has been compared most with that of Norah Jones. However, there is something perhaps a bit more playful, perhaps misanthropic, in her voice. A darkness criss-crossing the lightness. That's not an easily accomplished feat for someone her age." By Kristen Beam -

The book is called "The First Seven Days: Exciting Step-By-Step Meetings That Create Powerful Foundations Upon Which Your Organization Will Thrive". I know, I know, very long title! The First Seven Days is an indispensable, step-by-step guide, were we discover that the survival of groups, from bible studies to multinational corporations, depends on the same critical foundations. I would love to share my new creation with you!! Check it out by typing visiting www.triumphantheart.com
Thanks maesa! it's nice to hear from you. If you're in the city sometime I'd love to catch up. Also I have a home studio now and could record some of your new material. How is life?
