About me:


Magali Luyten is THE new female voice of hard rock. The Belgian singer has the voice of an angel and the vocal power of metal god. She appeared on many projects including Beautiful Sin with Uli Kusch. Her new band Virus IV is gaining critical success. She has recently recorded for the new Ayreon CD and has been chosen as the new female vocalist for the third Frameshift release. Magali is a contributing author in Jaime Vendera's Raise Your Voice 2nd edition. When not writing, recording or performing, Magali teaches voice. AYREON

Magali appears as guest vocalist on the new Ayreon. Below, some pictures of o.a. the release party at Utrecht (The Netherlands) - January 2008.

 

 

 

In 2006, she joined Uli Kusch (ex-Helloween, ex-Masterplan, Ride the Sky) in Beautiful Sin, together with Jorn Viggo Loffstad and Steinar Krokmo (from progressive metal band Pagan's Mind) and Axel Mackenrott (Masterplan) to perform the vocals on “The Unexpected" – Afm Records Germany.

    Hi!

    Put together the first music video for one of the songs, that being for the song "Eel Marsh House", which is based on the movie "The Woman In Black". Wasn't sure to name it that instead of 'Eel Marsh..." ...Eel Marsh House being where the woman in black 'lived', and now haunts it. Though, she seems to haunt the general area of the village as well as the House. If anyone catches her gaze, looks into her eyes....a child will die, usually from the family of the person unfortunate to look at her. As you see what happens to the story's main character at the end.
