Air Force wife living on some tiny island in the middle of the Pacific... you may have heard of it. Lived in Germany for 4 years before here and hope to move to England after Shawn's tour here is done. Enjoy intelligent conversations over a glass of Riesling with great friends. I tend to bore everyone that goes on walks with me when I have my camera by taking WAY too many photos of everything that catches my eye. I am completely addicted to SCUBA diving, I think I may need an intervention soon. Love my new job at the Frame Shop, I get to be creative and do crafty stuff. I've been told I am a great cook, I have to keep my plus-sized figure somehow!
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to catch up with some old friends that I have lost contact with since moving and meet new friends who enjoy intelligent conversations. NOTE: if you are looking to try advertise to me, don't bother.
If she's comfortable enough with you, I'll loan you my trimmers and let you do it. Or I can come down sometime Friday - you hold her and I'll trim her nails. I'm used to Loki fighting and biting me when his get trimmed.
REAL Humour? You mean back when jokes were funny? Back when the brain was needed to get it? Before Jim Carrey's ass? Before the juvenile summer moives full of fart jokes, butt gags, masturbation references? Before Chris Farley? Ben Affleck? Adam Sandler? Ending each scene with an authority figure getting one in the groin? Before the movies decided that everyone was 26, shit stupid, rude, sexist and therefore cool? You mean after we gave up on being as funny and smart as Monty Python, the Kids in the Hall, Douglas Adams? You're goddam right, I do.
Well, see... mine completely disappeared! I recently put a shelf next to my fish tank, which is open on the top. I thought my cat ate three of my fish while I was at work yesterday. I removed the castle we have in the tank last night so that I could see if the fish that were missing were in there, and they werent. Then I came out this morning and one of the three is swimming around. I still haven't seen the other two, though. :(
