Dear Friend, did you know that in 2007 there were over 223,000 American children beaten with paddles in the 21 remaining states that continue to legalize school corporal punishment? My friend Paula is going to be standing outside, in the cold, in front of the white house for 21 days in January to make sure President Elect Barack Obama knows. I made a video to honor Paula Flowe and her hard work on behalf of all American children. It also asks the question, "What if Sasha Obama came home from school with bruises inflicted by a white, male teacher?" It would be a National Security issue.
