About me: I am a traditional Irish pub complete with good eats and some Irish servers to take your order with a proper accent. I have two levels of tavern goodness including a number of dining tables, bars on both levels, a bar size pool table, a couple of cushy sofas, a few flat screens, a Nintendo Wii, a large map of Ireland on my lower level floor, a patio and other cool stuff.
As for the evening hours, it gets a bit lively, especially every Thursday through Saturday. I also have events and live music scheduled regularly. But of course my favorite celebration is the holiday of St. Patrick. It starts at 8:30am every year! and is complete with live traditional Irish music and dance followed by a smashing good party with a band and later a DJ.

By subway: Take the downtown D/F/Q/N train to the end of the line ( Stillwell Avenue ). Exit the station and walk down Stillwell toward the water. At the boardwalk, make a left -- Cha Cha's is two doors down.
By car: Belt Parkway to Coney Island exit. Turn south on Ocean Parkway toward the water (the cross streets should be going from Avenue A to Avenue Z, not Z to A). After 2 overpasses, Ocean Parkway curves right and becomes Seabreeze. Seabreeze becomes Surf Avenue . Stay on Surf Avenue past the NY Aquarium to Stillwell Avenue . Make a left on Stillwall and park. Walk down Stillwell to the boardwalk. Cha Cha's is two doors to the left.
I had dinner at Mahoney's last night, a special dish called "Seafood Pasta". Broiled shrimp, scallops and lobster meat with penne vodka, spinach and cheese with plenty of garlic. Absolutely delicious!!! Hats off to whoever dreamed that one up!
