The first release .... ri-solv ....were all written, played and recorded solo by M.Loucataris in my home studio (g4 mac, mbox with protools and an nt3 mic) Except for Jack which has some lush guitar from Michael-John Azzopardi ...and Angel which has bass from Henry Lauer. A number of songs had sounds added by Brian Siskind who also mixed and mastered the album. See the blog section for more information on the recording process.
Live performances depending on the venue and occasion can range from a solo set to a full ensemble with world percussion, bass, clarinet, sax and guitar.

Mahri Autumn is the conduit for the songs of multiinstrumentalist, singer song writer and composer Marianthe Loucataris.
After being holed up in an unassuming suburban house, perched under the astounding Mt Keira, surrounded by exotic percussive instruments and permanently plugged into my Mac for too long...... Mahri Autumn's first release ri-solv is FINISHED. The digital release date is the 17th of November with the hard copy release to follow on the 7th of December. The recordings are mostly done solo but also include wonderful contributions from guitarist Michael-John Azzopardi. Henry Lauer (bass) and various sounds from NYC based Brian Siskind who also mixed and mastered the album. She is currently performing live solo as well as with a talented collective of musicians.
