About me:
Once upon a time, long before any of you were even concieved by ye sperm and eggies, I, from my cloud-benz would often peer down at the empty world I created... Thinking of it as if it were an empty canvas. I often found myself admiring the cleanliness of it all. The intricate balance of what it consisted of and the delicacy and purity in it's existence. Gee, was I proud.
It was soooo perfect... Well, almost.
As time went on, I began to realize it needed something. After wondering what the hell to do for a few centuries, I finally decided to do something spectacular. Putting a fan on in front of me so that my hair and the folds of my robe would flutter around my figure dramatically, I raised my hands and belted out the words "Let there be D'ARCY!"
There was a flash of light, a loud crack, and a wavery Am7...
... The clouds came together to form a giant female reproductive organ and began to contract... hence, I emerged into the world.
Mortal as anyone else. But cooler by far.
From there I created everything we know in life nowadays. The good ( maiden, fruitopia, and money ) and the bad ( line ups, yoko ono and pimples ).

Now, on a more truthful note...
I don't feel like typing too much more after that whopper. But what I will share is the basics...
Interest-wise, I've got the biggest passion for music, media, and art. But with everything I do, I try to have a little fun.
I'm a bit of a Maiden junkie... Iron Maiden is my favourite band and I hope to meet them someday. Especially Bruce Dickinson (the vocalist), as he is my idol. However, unlike him, I can't sing for beans. But, I play guitar. Be it acoustic or electric. And it is through music that I like to express myself.
Who I'd like to meet: No one. I just felt the need to consume internet space :)
We're playing with Braintoy at the Reverb (651 Queen St. W.) this Friday at 9pm sharp...ALL-AGES! Bring little ones...we'll try not to use foul language ;)

D'ARCY! Woww it's been a long time. And yup, she's a keeper. We just celebrated six months, a few days ago. Unfortunately, I'm across the country from her. Financial problems ended up with us moving to New Hampshire. It sucks. I'm slowly starting to adjust to the cold weather, though. Movin' back to Cali when I graduate, which'll be this summer.
WASP, noice. Yeah somehow, I don't think there'll be any raw meat or flaming codpieces, nowadays. still should be a good show, though.
And I just recently started posting on there again.... mainly cuz I was whoring my band around the boards, tryin' to get some exposure.

Anyways, aside from the move, I've been real good. Keeping busy n' whatnot. Looking for a job, gotta save up for when I move back to Cali. Gettin' a place with my girl, my other guitarist, and maybe a couple other people depending on who I can find as far as roommates.

Haha well, long story short, I got arrested for 'felonious vandalism, resisting arrest, and assaulting an officer". Basically, fucked up someone's car really bad, got ratted on, and cracked a cop in the nose for trying to play the hardass.

Not the smartest decisions I've ever made, obviously, but hey, I payyed for it. And If I can go till November without any trouble, I'll be in the clear. So I gotta be a good widdle boy for a few more months -_-
And yeah, I'm planning to move in with two of my old friends in Costa Mesa [where I used to live] and split rent for a bit. After my band gets on its feet I'll probly eventually move out to L.A., but that's still in the distant future. But yeah, I really can't wait. I've been out visiting old friends for the last few days, and my friend Joey finally got his own apartment, and we've been celebrating every night, haha. It makes me wanna move out even more.
Yeah seriously. I thought I added you when I got me new page, but I guess I somehow missed you :[
haha oh well. Anyways, yeah, things have been lookin' up for me. I gotta band together and we're due for a gig at the Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana, August 27th. Battle'o the bands type thing. We'll be playing a lot of covers to start with, but we have some damn good originals we're currently working on. But for this gig, we're playing The Trooper, Aces High, Number of the Beast, The Four Horsemen, and Master of Puppets. And yeah I'm getting off probation in November, which is sweet, and I'm moving out in January, which I'm fucking excited about.
Ahh sweet, happy birthday in advance. And yeah that sounds like great fun, hope you have a good time. Haha, do a shot or two for me :D
Haha and yeah, I still sludge it up occasionally, but not as often as I used to. The board's really gone to hell though. not half as entertaining as it used to be.

The next shows I see are Finntroll and Firewind/Sonata Arctica both are in September. And I hope for Therion in November .. m /. but that's it :( I'm trying to not to go to so many shows until I see what Maiden shows I'm going to but its SO FREAKIN HARD! Especially cause I love going to shows hahaha
My summer has been good, thanks. A little slow, but I've had my fair share of fun. Are you still thinking about studying journalism? If you like current events, enjoy being connected, love to write and have an interest in the human condition, then journalism could be for you, haha.
