I am the Founder & President of Majestic Waterfowl Sanctuary. I'm also a mother, a wife, an author and a credit & collections manager.

Who I'd like to meet:

I like self-respecting and strong-spirited people who do what they say they are going to do and who have a sense of personal honor. I admire anyone who selflessly reaches out and helps those less fortunate than themselves, especially children and animals. I like people who aren't afraid to work hard or play hard. I LOVE to laugh and love people who make me laugh so hard I cry. And, of course, if you love ducks ALL THE BETTER!

    hello new friend! what a perfect day to find that you accepted my request, you would not believe what lilly(duck) my friend and her duck and myself did today. we went to the duck derby!! you know those rubber duck races, it benefits the humane society. our ducks had their own "take a picture with live ducks" booth and it got a lot of attention!! i will put up pics as soon as i can. the one that is up right now is from last years event.

     lil came from a swap meet, she was not looking to good, she has a permanent bald spot from being picked on so much, so i took her home and have been adoring her ever since. do your ducks wear diapers??lil does and she spends a lot of time indoors.

    also, in your videos, it shows fake grass, i was wondering how easy that was to clean, can you just hose it off? do you like using it? i bought some for the new pen we are making for lil and would just like some feedback.

    I saw that you loved waterfowl as much as me and I had to become friends with you.  I've been finding myself back on your website frequently and even thought about adopting a goose or two from you buuut I don't have a fenced area around my pond.  I can't really considering the wild ducks and geese could never come and visit my back yard and my own geese.  Thanks for the add and I'll probably be back to your site again soon.

    Hope you all are staying as warm as is possible. It's so cold here and it's going to get worse. We are preparing for the worst cold this year, though we have been through worse! Trying to keep the chickens, ducks and geese comfortable enough. We have been feeding wild turkeys every year, and there really is not much else for them to eat right now.

    There might be other alpha drakes at the pond, but we all have to get along - except during spring mating, of course! Then, it's every duck for himself!

    Thank you for your nice compliment! I actually have a pond-full of avian friends, and none of them have their own myspace page. The only reason I got one is because I'm the alpha duck. That, and I'm also the best looking duck on the whole pond.
