Blending melodic harmonies with crunching rhythms, they offer a unique showcase of contemporary and classic Rock-n-Roll. The four members of Major Healey all display their individual talents and voices to make up the Healey sound. Since the mid 90's when Major Healey was formed, the band has remained the top drawing act in Northeast Iowa. Whether it is in clubs, summer festivals, or major concerts, the Healey following continues to pick up steam. The band never takes that for granted. And there is no hint of them slowing down.

The end of 1999 and beginning of 2000 saw the release of Voice Within, a theme filled CD rich in pop flavor. With highly requested songs One of These Days, Morgan, and Count of Silence, Major Healey soon garnered national attention from record companies in Nashville and New York.
