Cooking the gourmet shit - ya better ask somebody. Especially interested in regional cuisine, high end produce garnered from farmers' markets and eating locally; vintage clothing, curios and jewelry. Sourced mostly from the last century, I maintain an affinity for all things Art Deco, although I also love Nouveau, and a bit of Edwardian and Victorian. I'm drawn to most everything pre war, but for some reason I also like relics from mid fifties (running contrary to my opinion of the time's prevailing mind set), primarily when it comes to treasures of the non-jewelry persuasion. Further adding to the haphazard nature of my concentrations, I dress like I live in Bakersfield, CA with Buck Owens in 1967 (with the addition of a pair of today's sneakers). Bar Reis, especially when Kev and Moe work and Tommy plays Springsteen on the woefully out of tune pie-anner; travel and exploration - I'm lucky enough to hold a job that brings me places like Istanbul, Tokyo, Rome, and Paris on a semi regular basis. Red hair and green eyes - its the Catholic upbringing; Jewish Women - its the Catholic upbringing; vaginas and vagina-centric postulating - its the Cath... you get the point; indie rock with staying power, assuming that exists beyond a few bands; 11th Street Bar and it's occupants; Going out on Sunday Nights; recording (esp. bands I love); the theory of self perpetuating tang. Missing, Kissing Burrowing.

About me: I'm a tour manager, production manager & FOH engineer living in Brooklyn, NY. I played college football and I collect vintage jewlery. I love to travel and I love Brooklyn. While I certainly dislike Northeastern heat, I embrace Mediterranean heat. I'm willing to lead a cult, but only if the position includes benefits.
I've toured with Hampton Comes Unglued, Mickey Hart, American Babies, Bustle In Your Hedgerow, Garage A Benevento, Greyboy Allstars, The Secret Machines, Soulive, Sonya Kitchell, Teddy Thompson, Charlie Hunter, Garage A Trois, Groundtruther, The Campbell Brothers, The Benevento Russo Duo, MMW, Gov't Mule, Strangefolk, DJ Logic, Jon Cleary, Ropeadope NMS, Critters Buggin', Yohimbe Bros, Me'Shell N'Degeocello, Robert Randolph, and Shannon McNally, amongst others.
Who I'd like to meet: Smart Talkers. Anyone that wants to make me more legendary than I already am.
Brooklyn Bowl is not just a bowling alley. It is a major new rock venue primed for face-meltage. Amazing lights, huge stage, sweet video, food by Blue Ribbon. Oh, and bowling!
