Walk-It-Out Fundraisers, Inc. is a new non-profit organization that holds annual long distance walk events in order to raise funds and awareness for various social needs.



Our organization is holding their first walk event in California , scheduled to commence on September 26, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The founders of Walk-It-Out Fundraisers, Inc., Timothy Pina and Danielle Pierre, will walk from Candlestick Park , San Francisco to Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego in order to raise funds and awareness for victims of abuse and homelessness. Our approximate arrival date in San Diego is November 1, 2009 .



We plan to have press coverage for this event at which time we will ask the public to donate at least $1.00 to each of these causes. With proper coverage, this event stands to raise a substantial amount of funds for both.



The proceeds from this event will be divided among the following agencies:



The Poverello House, Fresno , California

The Raphael House, San Francisco , California

Marjaree Mason Center , Fresno , California

San Diego Rescue Mission , San Diego, California

Art4TheHomeless, Atlanta, Georgia

The budget for this walk is approximately $13.000.00. We are asking for donations of goods, services, publicity or funds in order to make this walk a success. If you are able to donate/provide any of the following or know of a person or organization that will, please contact us.
