lol no, ikaga is not stupid, but sounds like a young lady of at least 20 years ago. or before the WW2? xD But it's not wrong at all! Just polite. But "ikaga osugoshi desuka" is better. more polite. "ikaga desuka" may sound like "how about~/would you like~" a bit. like "koohiiwa ikaga desuka?(would you like coffee.)"
