IT'S BEEN SEVEN LONG YEARS I BEEN PUTTIN IN WORK CREATING HIP HOP/RAP/R&B TRAX. ABOUT A GOOD 70% OF MY INSPIRATION COMES FROM THE GREATEST HIP HOP/RAP PRODUCER OF ALL-TIME, DR. DRE. EVER SINCE 1989 I BEEN PEEPIN GAME, FOLLOWING DRE'S SOUND FROM THE NWA DAYZ, TO DEATH ROW AND NOW TO AFTERMATH. OTHER PRODUCERS THAT HAVE INSPIRED ME IN THE PAST HAVE BEEN BEAT BY THE POUND, DJ KLC, DJ PREMIRE, E-A-SKI, ANT BANKS, DAT NIGGA DAZ, DJ MUGGS, SUPAFLY, DJ QUIK, ESHAM, PARIS, TC "THE ENHANCER", DJ U-NEEK (I KNOW I'M FORGETTIN SOME, BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE). 1999 WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED TO LAY MY 1ST TRAX DOWN WHEN I WAS STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL AT JAMES LOGAN HIGH IN UNION CITY. WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE THE ONLY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE AREA TO HAVE A DIGITAL AUDIO PROGRAM TO FLIP BEATS EVERYDAY ALL DAY. MY SENIOR YEAR I LIVED IN THAT STUDIO JUST GETTING MY FEET WET IN THE MUSIC GAME, MAKING BEATS ON CUBASE. I GRADUATED IN 2000 AND WENT TO OHLONE COLLEGE IN FREMONT WHERE I GOT DEEPER IN THE MUSIC GAME. MY 1ST YEAR THERE I WAS FLIPPIN BEATS ON A NOW OBSOLETE PROGRAM CALLED VISION (R.I.P) I HAD TO MAKE MY BEATS USING A BROKE AZZ, OLD SCHOOL 1980'S KEYBOARD CALLED THE ROLAND XP-10. MY 2ND YEAR I WAS INTRODUCED TO THE GREATEST MUSIC PROGRAM EVER INVENTED BY MAN, PROTOOLS. I BEEN USING PROTOOLS EVER SINCE.I GOT OUT OF OHLONE IN 2003 AND I HEADED OVER TO FOOTHILL COLLEGE IN LOS ALTOS (IN THE WEST BAY). THERE IS WHERE I GOT SCHOOLED IN THE MIXING AND MASTERING PART OF THE MUSIC GAME. THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF WAS GOING TO FOOTHILL AND LEARNING WHAT I LEARNED. I NOW AM PROTOOLS CERTIFIED IN PROTOOLS 101 AND 201 ( I GOT THE CREDENTIALS ON MY WALL TO PROVE IT YA'LL). THESE DAYS I GOT MY OWN STUDIO CRACKIN IN UNION CITY. I'M RUNNING PROTOOLS 8. I WORK WITH THE E-MU MP-7 DRUM MACHINE, THE YAMAHA ES-7 MOTIF KEYBOARD AND I FLIP SAMPLES. THE MIC I USE FOR VOCALS IS THE AT-2020 WITH THE PRESONUS TUPE COMPRESSOR. DOPE VOCAL QUALITY! YOU CAN PEEP SOME OF MY WORK ON THE BUSTA RHYMES AND XZIBIT MOVIE "FULLCLIP". I ALSO GOT BEATS 4 SALE, SO IF YOUR INTERESTED YOU CAN HIT ME UP ANYTIME, IT'S ALL GRAVITY! I LOVE MAKING HIP HOP AND R&B MUSIC. LIFE AINT SHIT TO ME WITHOUT IT! I'M ONE OF THE LAST NIGGAZ LEFT WHO STILL GOT LOVE FOR THE MUSIC.
