For active listening, anything that elicits a physical response, usually either head-banging heavy metal or old-school funk. Also like a lot of jazz and classical for background listening. Whatever it is, it must be uplifting. I despise depressing or angry music; hence most country, rap, alternative rock, and pop are out of the question.
電影
Hero stories where the hero lives, gets the girl, and kicks the shit out of the bad guys. Comedies, action movies, and some romantic comedies (like "How to Lost a Guy in 10 Days") because you can learn a lot about women from watching them. Don't like depressing movies. For me, art, in any form, must be uplifting in some way, esle it isn't art.
電視
Don't watch much television at all; usually limited to self-improvement and how-to shows.
書籍
Philosophy, especially Objectivism, self-improvement, and how-to.
偶像
Real Heroes, the guys who get things done and live to tell about it, or trade their lives for something meaningful. A man who dies to save something worthless, like throwing himself in front of a bus to save a crack addict, isn't a hero.
Author of "THE Man's Guide to Great Relationships and Marriage," among other things. I maintain a blog of my newsletters, the articles from which are echoed here, but there are free reports and such available at the main blog site. I'm also an engineer, consultant, troubleshooter, counselor, and coach, and love adventure and challenge of about any kind. Also a hardcore Objectivist, which is what makes me both popular and effective in all professional pursuits.
I love Dilbert, and thanks to Scott Adams for both the strip and the widget that allows it to appear here.

Other Objectivists, rational people who don't yet know about Objectivism, those with relationship or marriage problems looking for real help instead of someone to validate their bad choices, adventurers, business owners looking for a rational mind.
