About me:
I'm a 37 year old SAHM to four amazing kids, ages 6, 4 and 21 month old twins. I’ve been married to my husband for 13 years and we currently live in a very historic town in the Deep South.
Well…I’ve made a very exciting and important decision in my life. I’ve decided to lose weight and get healthy! After I graduated from high school (almost 20 years ago, eeek!!), I have slowly continued to gain weight over the years. A whopping 150 lbs!!! It just makes me sick to my stomach to think about it. Now that I’ve got four little ones, that I need to keep up with, and want to be able to have fun with, I’ve decided that I need to do something about it. My family has a HUGE history of heart disease and diabetes, and I absolutely REFUSE to succumb to that.
So, if you are interested in watching my progress as I embark on this very long and tough journey, feel free to pop in and see how far I’ve come. I’m sure there will be many ups and downs, but I can’t wait to get started!
