About me:

Now coming up to it's 7th year, THE SESH is still going strong, promoting homegrown music every Tuesday.

Every week at The Linnet & Lark on Princes Ave, THE SESH plays host to a showcase of local talent.

Image hosting by TinyPic

It's a FREE ENTRY event and therefore THE SESH can pull in weekly audiences of 200+, most of whom will follow on to THE GRAPEVINE: The Official Aftershow Party at CODE (formerly Silhouettes) on Park Street. There's even a free taxi courtesy of 828282 from THE SESH to THE GRAPEVINE.

Check out THE GRAPEVINE facebook group for more details.

The Sesh has good links with the BBC Raw Talent team and with various websites, labels, studios, promoters and venues across the city and nationwide. We're big fans of THE ADELPHI and THE LAMP in Hull, two great venues that put on great shows too every week and we're also good friends with THE WARREN CENTRE who do exceptional work with local talent.

THE SESH is currently booked up to three months in advance at any given time.
Any band or artist from the area wanting to play at THE SESH should contact us through Myspace or by posting a demo to:

FAO : Mak
The Linnet & Lark
30 -32 Princes Ave
Hull
HU5 3QA.

Please support live music in Hull and give talent a break.
