Mala is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from Brisbane, Australia. She has written countless songs about poignant moments in her life stemming from her first love, first heartbreak, her parents divorce and life in general.
A definite lover of 80’s rock, her definitive music is of a style suited only to Mala, from ballads, to rock songs, they encompass the complicated woman that she is.
Currently, Mala has just recorded her first song, a ballad titled “Forever”. A fitting name as she wrote it specifically as a wedding present to a childhood friend. Even though her general style of music is more directed into a pop/rock genre, this simple ballad is truly indicative of the type of music she is capable of.
Mala is in the final stages of releasing her first EP featuring the songs "Forever", "Save Me", "Something That's Not Mine", "Tell Me Why" and "Remnants of Me".
