Basé à Amsterdam, JAYA THE CAT sonne très américain et ce n’est pas par hasard puisque son chanteur-leader est originaire de Boston. Il mixe un style punk très posé au reggae très influencé 60’s. De quoi plaire aux amateurs de SUBLIME ou de THE CLASH. La voix éraillée, sévère et le phrasé typique White Trash de Geoffrey Lagadec fait des merveilles sur la musique ensoleillée et chaloupée."
