Malditos Gusanos es una banda de rock and roll clásico con marcadas influencias de las grandes bandas de los años '60 y '70.
Si tenemos que nombrar algunas podemos empezar sin ninguna duda por los Rolling Stones, Doors, Zeppelin y Creedence, para luego continuar con The Kinks, Elvis, Hendrix y muchas más.
CUENTA CON LA PARTICULARIDAD DE SER LA UNICA BANDA DE ROCK AND ROLL DEL PAIS QUE POSEE ENTRE SUS INSTRUMENTOS MUSICALES, EL PARTICULAR SONIDO DEL SITAR HINDU (instrumento utilizado por george harrison, brian jones, entre otros)
||| PRIMERA EPOCA:
La banda se formo el 21 de junio de 1999.
Comienza a ensayar en Berazategui, tocando covers de sus bandas favoritas de los años '60 y '70. En ese momento la formación era:
Martín: guitarra y voz
Cristian: armónica y coros
Marcelo: bajo
Mariano: guitarra
Víctor: batería.
Para ese tiempo la banda todavía no tenia nombre pero en un principio se iba a llamar los Felipes, hasta que días antes del primer show surgió el nombre LOS GUSANOS.
La banda empezó a crecer día a día, y la gente se empezó a sumar, cada vez más, a los recitales.
Tocaron en lugares importantes del circuito under como: Bettye Blues, Auditoria Sur (borde de temperley), y llenaron varias veces Cemento. Ademas compartieron shows con grandas bandas amigas como: Ratones Paranoicos, La Mississippi, Blues Motel y Heroicos Sobrevivientes.
en 2005 graban su primer CD Oficial el cual consigue grandes ventas en todo el pais. |||
SEGUNDA EPOCA:
Ya en finales del año 2006 y Con un disco sonando y vendiéndose en todo el país las cosas entre la banda no iban del todo bien. La falta de ganas expresadas por 3 de los 4 integrantes de la banda desencadena en el final de la etapa de LOS GUSANOS.
El ultimo show con esta formación y este nombre es en La Aldea (avellaneda).
Tras un breve “luto” de un mes, Martín Gusano, apoyado por su familia, sus amigos y toda la gente que seguía a Los Gusanos desde el año 99, vuelve con todo para hacer lo que siempre hizo: dar todo para que su música siga sonando. salen al ruedo nuevamente bajo el nombre de Malditos Gusanos.
Luego de buscar los musicos adecuados, la banda queda conformada por Martin en voz y guitarra, Luis en Guitarra, Juanchi en Bajo, Mosca en bateria y percusion, y Facundo en Acusticas.
transcurre el tiempo, y a principios de 2009 se termina de grabar el adelanto del nuevo CD, el cual se vende durante la gira por la costa atlantica... En Febrero del mismo año Juanchi decide dejar de tocar, y en quien se cuelga el bajo es: Facundo.
Asi la banda vuelve a ser un cuarteto.
Actualmente la banda se encuentra redondeando los nuevos temas para el proximo CD Oficial, el cual estara empapado de Psicodelia, Country, y el mas crudo rock and roll

THE FIRST YEARS: The band was born on June 21, 1999. M.G. begins playing covers of his favorite bands of the years ' 60 and ' 70. In this moment the formation was: Martin: guitar and voice Cristian: harmonica, Marcelo: Bass, Marian: guitar, Víctor: drums. Until days before the first show the band wab called LOS GUSANOS. The band started growing day after day, and the people were started adding, increasingly, to the shows.
THE PRESENT: In ends of the year 2006 and With a disc sounding, The lack of interest expressed by 3 of 4 members of the band unleashes in the end of LOS GUSANOS.
Martin Gusano supported by his family, his friends and the whole people who was following to LOS GUSANOS from the year 99, return under the name of MALDITOS GUSANOS.
The members was Martin in voice and guitar, Luis in Guitar, Juanchi inbass, Mosca in drums and percussion, and Facundo in Acoustics Guitars. At the beginning of 2009 They edit the Single "Adelanto", which sells during the tour along the Atlantic coast... In February of the same year Juanchi decides to leave the band, and the one who replaces Juanchi is Facundo. The band returns to be a quartet.
Nowadays the band is rounding the new songs for the new Official CD.
