I've been giggin' round for a year or three in different guises playing Rock/New Age/Blues/Electric Folk guitar and I decided to do a live amalgam of all these styles in the form of BAT which comes under the heading of INSTRUMENTAL ROCK ART .

We've done a load of gigs now to warm it up and the show looks great...live projected images, moving lights, meaty PA.
Yep it's really a live gig band thing to get the full effect. Other than gigging here in Australia we're looking to play anywhere in the world and try for sountrack release aswell. View my VIDEO clip for a snip of the live thing. You will need to download the latest flash player version 9 I think.
It's a 6 piece band with Sax, Keys,2 Guitars, Bass, Drums,
I use three main guitars Strat, Les Paul, Takamine Acoustic and run a stereo Vox AC30 rig with a TC G Major FX unit on the loop.
Cam the Drummer is a Yamaha 9000 man although he plays Pearl on the odd days.
Phil's keyboards are fairly minimal with Roland 2080 midi and EMU keys.
Bails on the Sax keeps the men on their toes as she bounces around the stage [pulling out my AC on one night just before the last number]

hi bat..had to laugh at that..we have the same problem..if its not one neighbour its the other one's dogs making a ruckus..i have found a water pistols and spray bottles to be most effective!
